It all began in 1912 when Evanglos Tseppas, a chef from Greece founded his first bakery under the name of his ancestors at Farouk St.,(currently known as Elgeish St.) in Cairo, serving the royal family and high end customers . TSEPPAS excelled in French patisserie and boulangerie productions thus far. Taken over by MG group in the 50s, we introduced our signature line of oriental desserts and letting history take its course. We succeeded in combining the decadent french pastry quality along with highly demanded middle eastern sharki desserts mastering the best of both worlds.
